We will collate the information and identify common themes, share a summary of it with ICBC, and use it to inform next steps.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We want to identify opportunities for improvement and hear your thoughts about additional information or activities that can support survivors in navigating the ICBC Accident Benefit Coverage system going forward.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This new <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/1M6kv4jsADLz0z1SNqvLa9caO0El0WT6c3RiiXSgZV84\/viewform?edit_requested=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>online survey<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will ask you questions like:<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>What has been the easiest part and what has been the most challenging part about navigating ICBC\u2019s new Accident Benefits Coverage?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Are you confused or unclear about certain things?
